Fire Elk Meadows

Kickstarter is live Now!

We are so excited to share some exciting news with you – our Kickstarter campaign for our artist residency Fire Elk Meadows is officially live!

As advocates for the arts and champions of women, trans and non binary folks in the creative space, we are passionate about providing a platform for talented artists to flourish and thrive. Fire Elk Meadows is a project close to our hearts, and we believe it has the potential to make a lasting impact on the art community in Astoria as well as nationally.

Now, we need your support to make this dream a reality. Our Kickstarter campaign is a crucial step in securing the funds necessary to launch and sustain the primary infrastructure and buildout of Fire Elk Meadows. We have put together some fantastic rewards and incentives for our backers, ranging from exclusive artworks created by our resident artists to personalized experiences and behind-the-scenes access to the residency program.

Here's how you can help:

  1. Visit Our Kickstarter Page

  2. Spread the Word: Share our campaign with your friends, family, and colleagues who share a passion for supporting women in the arts. Every share brings us one step closer to reaching our goal. You can share our instagram @cambiumgallery or our kickstarter link above.

  3. Become a Backer: Consider making a contribution to our campaign and be part of the movement to empower women artists. No amount is too small, and every pledge counts!  We are already moving along smoothly at 32% but that still leaves 68% left until funding

This project is all or nothing and that means we have to hit our funding goal of $41,085 or we get nothing. That amount will cover bringing power to the existing building, laying a cement floor and kiln pad, and bringing water to the structure. Stretch goals will help us build an ADA bathroom and a loft for storage.
