Job Title: Barista at Cambium Gallery and Coffee Bar

We're more than just a coffee shop. Cambium Gallery and Coffee Bar is a cozy, creative space where espresso meets expression. As part coffeehouse, part art gallery, we serve thoughtfully crafted drinks in an inspiring atmosphere that celebrates local artists and community.

The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, friendly, and reliable barista to join our small team. You’ll be the heart of our café either through crafting quality beverages, engaging with guests, or helping maintain the unique vibe of our space.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea drinks 

• Provide warm, attentive customer service

• Operate espresso machines and other café equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and gallery areas

• Support art openings and gallery events as needed

• Open/close the shop two days a week

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior barista or food service experience preferred 

• Passion for coffee, art, and community

• Great communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and occasional evening events
